Coonoor is situated in the Nilgiris, it is a hill station about 50 km far from Ooty. Coonoor is popular for its production of Nilgiri Tea. It is second largest hill station in Ooty. 1. Sim’s Park

Sim’s Park is well known and most visited tourist destination in Coonoor. It is a botanical garden having a variety of flowers and plants. The garden is spread over 12 hectares and incorporated with Rose Garden having a thousand varieties of roses from 85 different families. Some rare trees of Rudraksha -the bead tree (used for religious purposes), Cinnamon trees can be seen also.
